On 10th November 2009 Buxton Group
sold its construction business via a
management buy out.

Buxton Group will continue to operate in the
development market for residential apartments
& commercial mixed use, together with
general real estate and other investments.
Buxton Construction, under its new ownership
structure, will continue its operations in the
building sector and maintain its focus on high
quality government, sporting, education and
health projects.
